Customs Brokerage Specialist - S3

Job Description

• Hybrid, full-time Customs Brokerage Specialist role with FedEx Logistics in Auburn, WA, scheduled Monday-Friday from 4:00AM-1:00PM PST.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues involving the timely release and inbound or outbound movement of freight and cargo.
• Prepare, analyze, submit, verify, reconcile, and correct customs-entry documentation in compliance with U.S. Customs and other applicable federal regulations.
• Manage pre-arrival, post-arrival, post-entry, billing, payment, exception-resolution, and account-management activities while producing operational trend reports.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 12 months of brokerage, transportation, and/or customer service experience, MS Office and Outlook proficiency, HTS classification and U.S. Customs regulatory knowledge; O365, import brokerage, and CargoWise are preferred.
• Compensation: $29.17–$40.82.
