Customs Compliance Specialist Import Audit and Classification

Job Description

• Remote Customs Compliance Specialist role with Rose International focused on import/export classification, customs audits, post-entry work, and related compliance activities.
• Requests, maintains, marks up, uploads, and analyzes broker entry packets; validates part numbers, quantities, countries of origin, shippers, commercial invoice numbers, values, and other data.
• Maintains outside counsel spreadsheets, provides weekly project statistics, and reports on ongoing sampling status during weekly meetings.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, experience in customs compliance, knowledge of customs import entries, and very strong attention to detail.
• CCS or Customs Broker License is preferred; compliance work must follow applicable policies, procedures, and government regulations, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the designated country.
