Job Description

• Coordinate import documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entering the United States.
• Classify goods for customs release using databases, SOPs, tariff books, internet resources, and customs references; process agency brokerage shipments.
• Enter and process import documentation for submission to US Customs, including limited Participating Government Agency (PGA) documentation.
• Maintain shipment records in compliance with record-keeping requirements and adhere to international importing regulations and organizational policies.
• Requires an HS Diploma or GED and at least one year using computer systems; no industry or general work experience is required. Hybrid, full-time schedule in Jonesboro, AR, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST.
