Job Description

• Staples, Inc. is hiring a full-time Cyber Fraud Analyst II in Framingham, MA; work mode is not specified.
• Analyze complex datasets, investigate cyber fraud threats and suspicious activity, conduct post-incident investigations, and determine mitigation actions.
• Develop fraud-prevention strategies using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, fraud detection systems, and investigative techniques; improve monitoring tools and processes.
• Requires 2+ years of progressively complex experience in cyber fraud analysis, fraud investigations, cybersecurity, or a related field, plus knowledge of cybersecurity principles, fraud prevention frameworks, and data privacy regulations.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, CFE or equivalent fraud/cybersecurity certification, and experience with predictive analytics, fraud modeling, cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or risk management; shared on-call rotation may require occasional after-hours support.
