Cyber Operations Engineer Intern

Job Description

• Conduct full-spectrum cybersecurity operations spanning adversary emulation, defensive and offensive cyber, cyber intelligence, adversary engagement, and digital investigations.
• Simulate real-world threat actors and attack techniques to identify vulnerabilities, assess defenses, and improve cyber resilience.
• Analyze cyber threat intelligence, complex datasets, and malware to identify adversary behaviors, emerging threats, and actionable insights.
• Develop and enhance defensive, offensive, non-kinetic, and cyber-deception capabilities, and support digital forensics investigations.
• Full-time onsite internship in McLean, VA (+1 other); candidates must be full-time students in an accredited degree program in a relevant field and demonstrate sustained academic excellence and public-service interest.
