Cyber Security Incident Response Senior Manager

Job Description

• Senior manager responsible for PepsiCo’s overall cyber security incident response across the full incident lifecycle within the Cyber Fusion Center.
• Identifies, investigates, contains, and mitigates sophisticated threats, including forensic, malware, root-cause, intrusion, and remediation activities.
• Leads direct and indirect reports, mentors incident-response staff, coordinates multiple business units, and communicates risk-based information to technical, executive, and Information Security stakeholders.
• Requires 1+ year of leadership experience, Cyber Threat Intelligence/Red Team/Threat Defense and Hunting experience, international-team experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Full-time position in Plano, TX; work mode is not specified. Compensation is $123,500–$206,750 per year, plus an eligible 15% annual performance bonus.
