Cyber Security Intern

Job Description

• Cybersecurity internship supporting Valvoline's Cyber Security team in protecting organizational systems and data from threats.
• Assist with security monitoring, incident response, documentation, playbook maintenance, and automation of detection and response workflows.
• Monitor alerts and logs, escalate potential threats, investigate and document incidents, and participate in red team activities.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or another related field; proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts required.
• On-site position in Lexington, KY; must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
