Cyber Security Manager

Job Description

• Lead and develop a distributed cybersecurity team covering security operations, engineering, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance support.
• Oversee monitoring, detection, investigation, containment, and response across enterprise systems and infrastructure supporting Ansys Government Initiatives.
• Manage SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security tools, vulnerability scanners, risk-based remediation, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Support CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, ITAR, contractual requirements, audit readiness, system security plans, and security-control documentation.
• Requires U.S. Person status under ITAR; role is full-time in Exton, PA, with a distributed/remote-across-locations team structure.
