Job Description

• Design and maintain security-data and telemetry pipelines for monitoring, detection, investigation, and reporting within the Department of Veterans Affairs COSE program.
• Integrate logs, alerts, asset, identity, vulnerability, and other telemetry into analytics and monitoring platforms while improving normalization, completeness, timeliness, and correlation.
• Define security telemetry data models, collection patterns, retention needs, quality controls, and integration requirements.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience, plus six or more years of related experience.
• Remote, full-time E3 – Engineer role; salary is $98,135—$140,000 USD, contingent upon contract award, with security investigation and potential classified-information eligibility requirements.
