Job Description
• Teach one or more courses in UCLA Extension’s Cybersecurity Certificate Program, including cybersecurity fundamentals, infrastructure, network/OS/database security, and defensive or offensive labs.
• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, labs, and applied exercises while supporting adult learners in an inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and update course materials based on current cybersecurity tools, threats, and industry practices; administer courses through Canvas.
• Require a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years of professional cybersecurity experience.
• Must teach in person at the UCLA Westwood campus; compensation is $3,500 per course, quarterly, with a full-time listing and contract-based employment terms.
