Data Analytics Associate

Job Description

• Manage internal datasets used to monitor grantee performance and measure programmatic and policy investment impact.
• Collect, clean, process, analyze, and report on program and investment data using Stata, R, Python, artificial intelligence, spreadsheet software, and Tableau.
• Develop data workflows, reporting templates, data-quality processes, spot checks, recurring reports, dashboards, and replicable analysis procedures.
• Lead data tasks related to programmatic grantmaking and respond to rigorous, ad hoc internal data inquiries.
• Execute data analysis projects that inform Tipping Point’s impact and grantmaking strategy; reports to the Senior Director of Impact.
• Requires detail orientation, collaboration, and comfort working with multiple data sources; no specific education, experience, certification, or license requirement is stated.
