Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst (Remote)

Job Description

• Analyze data and support communications, program management, strategic planning, policy review, metrics generation, and executive tasking for DHS ICE.
• Extract data from ServiceNow, MS SharePoint, and MS Power Applications; use Microsoft Power BI to build datasets, dashboards, and tasking responses.
• Draft congressional correspondence, information requests, senior-leadership documentation, reports, and other high-profile written deliverables.
• Collaborate with federal law enforcement managers, mission leadership, external organizations, and internal teams while performing gap analysis and recommending solutions.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience or commensurate experience, ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance, and U.S. citizenship; fully remote within CONUS with occasional in-person work in Washington, DC.
