Data Governance Steward Senior or Lead

Job Description

• Progressive is hiring a Data Governance Steward at the Senior or Lead level to support the Marketing Data Science and Engineering team in a remote, full-time role.
• Establish and implement marketing data governance policies, standards, and processes in collaboration with the enterprise Data Governance Committee.
• Partner with marketing subject matter experts and data engineers to manage, document, govern, and improve the quality, accountability, and consistency of marketing data.
• Requires 6+ years of analytical experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or a quantitative bachelor's degree with 3+ years; Python and Snowflake experience are preferred.
• U.S. work authorization is required without current or future sponsorship; Progressive does not accept specified F-1, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3, or TN statuses for this role. Compensation is $81,400–$131,200/year plus potential gainshare of up to 30% of eligible earnings.
