Job Description
• Lead client data onboarding and implementation projects from requirements gathering through data delivery, validation, and integration.
• Coordinate Data Management, Data Acquisition, Product, and Implementation teams; manage project plans, milestones, risks, change control, and vendor implementation tickets.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-profile clients and produce agendas, project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Use advanced Excel, Power BI, reporting, data transformation, ETL, and data quality analysis skills; healthcare, Population Health Management, value-based care, or medical claims experience is preferred.
• Requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, Six Sigma, or another recognized project/process improvement certification is preferred but not required. Hybrid role in Burlington, MA, with 3 days in office and 2 remote; full-time compensation is $56,100-$140,300 annually.
