Daytime ED Registration Supervisor, Revenue Cycle RST

Job Description

• Supervise and direct professional and support staff overseeing daytime Emergency Department Registration operations at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN.
• Manage Revenue Cycle human resources, workflows, performance, attendance, training, quality, productivity, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
• Optimize processes, policies, procedures, technology use, and service delivery while resolving team and workplace issues.
• Requires a high school diploma plus 5 years of relevant management experience, an associate degree plus 3 years of Finance Management experience, a bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant financial experience, or a master's degree.
• On-site, full-time, exempt role requiring leadership coverage for call-offs, weekends, holidays, business needs, and on-call duties; compensation is $70,699-$112,257/year.
