Job Description
• Dean of Students supporting the academic culture and student conduct of Jane Street's Academy of Math and Programming (AMP) in New York City.
• On-site, temporary, full-time summer role running from the end of June through the beginning of August 2027; schedule is 9am–5pm, Monday through Friday, while classes are in session.
• Develop and apply the program code of conduct and address attendance, engagement, academic integrity, and classroom behavior concerns constructively.
• Partner with instructors, teaching assistants, AMP leads, the program director, guidance counselors, and residential director to provide consistent student support.
• Requires leadership or school administration experience in a middle or high school, summer program, or similar educational setting, plus sound judgment, empathy, discretion, organization, and collaborative communication.
