Job Description

• Full-time Deli General Manager role with Pilot Flying J in New Milford, PA; work mode is not specified.
• Oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations, executing business plans to achieve standards, sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction objectives.
• Build, coach, manage, and develop teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, training, employee meetings, and team-member management.
• Drive sales, track inventory, provide customer service, maintain vendor relationships, and perform P&L analysis.
• Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice; prior high-volume retail management with P&L accountability; integrity, accountability, team leadership, and a customer-focused culture.
• Flexible availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays; pay starts between $43,888.00 and $59,050.00 per year.
