Job Description
• Deliver Oracle Cloud HCM technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting across full-life-cycle implementations.
• Execute integration activities involving inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, connected systems, and end-to-end validation.
• Support data migration through extraction, cleansing, transformation, load preparation, reconciliation, cutover, and legacy-system migration activities.
• Support operational and compliance reporting, data-quality validation, testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Requires 2+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions, 1+ year supporting or leading HCM integrations, conversions, and/or reporting, a Bachelor's Degree, and ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Hybrid role based near Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; or Mechanicsburg, PA, with up to 30% co-location and a maximum of 10% overnight travel; salary range is $71,300–$118,900/year.
