Demand Planner

Job Description

• Parfums de Marly seeks a Demand Planner for its Operations team in Hoboken, NJ; the contract type is Fulltime, and the work mode is not specified.
• Develop and improve rolling 18–24 month forecasts at SKU, channel, and product-family levels using statistical forecasting techniques and business intelligence tools.
• Analyze demand trends, sales history, seasonality, promotions, product lifecycles, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, fill rate, and inventory service levels; conduct root-cause analysis and create KPI reporting.
• Manage demand-planning master data, forecast inputs, planning parameters, and item master updates in SAP; collaborate with IT on automation and system improvements.
• Requires 3+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management; a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field; ERP/SAP experience; Excel proficiency; S&OP knowledge; English fluency; and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
