Job Description
• Develop and enrich make-to-stock product forecasts using market, customer, distributor and commercial inputs.
• Lead regional demand reviews, coordinate rolling-plan sign-off, and improve statistical and consensus forecast accuracy while reducing bias.
• Partner with Sales, Market Strategy, Product Management, Marketing, distributor NDAMs and key distributors on demand-driving events, QBRs, trends and corrective actions.
• Maintain demand history, validate assumptions, manage product-lifecycle inputs and ensure planning systems reflect product transitions.
• Oversee safety stock levels for SBU-owned IDHs with documented stakeholder review and alignment.
