Job Description

• Full-time Dental Hygienist I role with Clove Dental in Beverly Hills, CA; work mode is not specified.
• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, radiographs, periodontal charting, and other permitted procedures.
• Conduct periodontal assessments, review patient records, identify findings requiring dentist evaluation, and support diagnosis, treatment planning, and continuity of care.
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, home care, treatment recommendations, hygiene intervals, and follow-up.
• Maintain documentation in Open Dental, appointment flow, room turnover, sterilization, operatory readiness, HIPAA, infection-control, and Company clinical standards.
• Requires an active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing; pays $65-$70/hour, with production benchmarks of approximately $1,000-$1,500/day and a promotion benchmark of sustained $1,500+/day over the prior 6 months plus demonstrated clinical competency and adherence to Company standards.
