Job Description
• Provide start-to-finish consultative interior design services for residential and commercial flooring projects in the Littleton, CO store.
• Meet customers, assess project needs, develop creative designs, and advise on tile, wood, stone, and accessories.
• Design and sell complete solutions while managing multiple customer projects from inquiry through installation.
• Schedule appointments and develop clientele through networking, referrals, and store-generated leads.
• Requires at least 1 year of interior design or retail/sales experience; a Design degree and hard-surface flooring knowledge are a plus.
• Use Salesforce, the proprietary Online Design Appointment Scheduler, MyProject, Microsoft Office, and company communication tools; pay is $19.39–$26.05.
