Job Description
• Part-time, on-site Dietary Cook position in Littleton, CO, working 10-12 hour shifts at a rehabilitation and specialized health-care services provider.
• Coordinates menus, reviews work orders, determines food quantities, and maintains kitchen inventory and sanitary storage facilities.
• Prepares, seasons, cooks, and portions food for individuals receiving services, including meat, fish, and fowl.
• Oversees kitchen workers, monitors cooking equipment, and ensures food is handled in compliance with health safety requirements.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of related experience, ability to handle up to 50 pounds, and preferably ServSafe Certification; pays $18-20/hr.
