Job Description
• Serve as legal counsel on innovative financial products and services involving artificial intelligence, digital assets, digital banking platforms, open banking, payments, and fintech partnerships.
• Analyze evolving laws, regulations, and industry guidance, translating legal requirements into actionable product and business solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders to identify legal risks and align initiatives with organizational risk appetite.
• Support negotiations, conflict resolution, strategic decision-making, and legal frameworks for innovation initiatives.
• Requires a JD from an accredited law school, active bar admission in good standing, and 5+ years of relevant experience; location is New York, NY or Washington, D.C.
