Job Description
• Direct dining-service operations for an education location in the Greenfield, IN area, supporting business within 30 miles.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, train, and develop frontline associates while building client, customer, and associate relationships.
• Drive customer-satisfaction, profitability, quality, safety, sanitation, and strategic operational initiatives.
• Own the annual budget and optimize cost control; previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience is preferred.
