Direct Support Professional

Job Description

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, housekeeping, and community engagement.
• Support life-skills development, independence, social and communication skills, and personal goals.
• Provide transportation and medication support as trained; promote health, safety, and well-being.
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and service logs; no experience is required because paid training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; full-time Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, in Hummelstown, PA, paying up to $18/hour with Enhanced Pay.
