Job Description

• Provide full-time direct support and caregiving services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Taylors Falls, MN.
• Build meaningful relationships, encourage community participation, and support developmental goals involving budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience preferred.
• Must be female, hold a valid driver's license, and have access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance; pay is $20.80/hr.
