Job Description

• Provide on-site direct support and caregiving services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Taylors Falls, MN.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue developmental goals involving budgeting, exercise, nutrition, community participation, and preferred activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals served while demonstrating patience, compassion, reliability, responsibility, communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time management.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Full-time position paying $20.80 per hour with rotating weekday and weekend schedules.
