Direct Support Program Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise Caregivers and oversee staffing, scheduling, training, hiring, and program operations for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Implement Individual Service Plans and provide direct support, including meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and daily activities.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work or other activities.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, age 18 or older, and a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available in Phoenix, AZ.
