Job Description

• Sevita's REM Community Services is hiring a full-time Direct Support Program Supervisor for community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Implement Individual Service Plans and manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight while supervising Caregivers.
• Provide direct support with meal preparation and planning, medication administration, personal care, community outings, and transportation to work or other activities.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, age 18 or older, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance; additional licensure or certification may be required by the regulatory authority.
