Direct Support Staff

Job Description

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in North Branch, MN.
• Build meaningful relationships, promote community participation, and support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience preferred.
• Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, and communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills; part-time schedules are available at $20.95 per hour.
