Director, Blockchain and Crypto

Job Description

• Lead product management for Mastercard’s blockchain and crypto roadmap within the global Core Payments division, with a focus on stablecoins and related use cases.
• Develop and commercialize compliant crypto payment products and services by conducting concept validation, business case development, financial modeling, and planning.
• Partner with treasury, franchise, legal, regulatory, engineering, platform, sales, customers, and external partners to launch crypto transaction and settlement capabilities.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, initiatives, and prioritized features; provide product communication and training to customer-facing teams.
• Requires payments-industry and product development/product management experience, knowledge of B2B payments and card networks, and compliance with Mastercard information-security policies and mandatory training.
