Director, Data Governance (REMOTE, US)

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Director/Senior Director role leading AI-ready enterprise data governance across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
• Run Databricks Unity Catalog and Atlan; build certified Bronze-to-Silver-to-Gold data pipelines with lineage, certification, and continuous agent-driven trust scoring.
• Govern AI agents, model registration, MCP services, agentic access controls, and daily use of Claude, Claude Code, or a comparable agent.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 7+ years in enterprise data governance, data management, or GTM, and production ownership of end-to-end data and AI governance programs.
• Full-time compensation ranges from $155,817–$289,362 USD in Zone 4 to $214,920–$399,120 USD in Zone 1, inclusive of expected total target compensation.
