• Director-level eCommerce channel marketing role based in Indianapolis, IN; full-time, with work mode not specified.
• Develop and lead Amazon and Wayfair marketing strategies across Delta Faucet Company brands, owning retail media, paid and organic search, content, digital shelf, conversion, and performance marketing.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, visibility, traffic, conversion, product performance, and long-term brand health through data-driven investment and optimization decisions.
• Lead direct reports and external media, content, data, and technology agencies; collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, eCommerce, or a related field and 10 or more years of relevant experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Compensation is $121,300.00-$190,630.00 USD; deep Amazon commerce and advertising expertise, Wayfair or comparable marketplace experience, and significant media-budget management experience are required.
