Director, Incident Response & Threat

Job Description

• Senior cybersecurity leadership role owning DePuy Synthes’ global incident response program, threat management strategy, digital forensics, defense engineering, and cyber threat intelligence capabilities.
• Hybrid position primarily based in Raynham, MA, with alternate locations in Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or Pune, India.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field and 10–12 years of progressive cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management experience, including leadership.
• Leads enterprise-scale incident investigations, an automation- and AI-first SOC model, incident response playbooks, threat hunting, readiness exercises, executive reporting, and regulatory/compliance coordination in a regulated MedTech environment.
• Full-time role with an anticipated base salary of $150,000–$258,750; preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent.
