Job Description
• Lead and develop an IT PMO team delivering custom software solutions for clinical and business operations in a regulated CRO environment.
• Establish PMO methodologies, governance, stage gates, change control, standards, and audit-ready processes across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC projects.
• Own portfolio intake, prioritization, roadmaps, resource forecasting, dashboards, reporting, risks, dependencies, and conflict resolution.
• Require a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; 10+ years of IT project management experience; and 3+ years leading project managers or a PMO.
• Apply knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, computer system validation, regulatory quality and data integrity requirements; PMP, PgMP, PfMP, SAFe, or related certification is preferred.
• Cincinnati, OH office-based role with occasional work-from-home flexibility for eligible positions after training; full-time, salary undisclosed.
