Director - Management Consulting - State & Local Government (HHS)

Job Description

• Direct state, local, and federal health and human services consulting engagements, staff, deliverables, risks, quality, compliance, and financial performance.
• Lead Medicaid-focused modernization, digital transformation, operational improvement, and other new-business pursuits, with accountability for $5M+ in annual consulting growth.
• Advise senior state health and human services executives and maintain relationships with agency, division, branch, and program leaders.
• Manage, recruit, retain, train, and develop consulting staff leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of total experience, and 10+ years leading state health and human services agencies; master’s degree and NAMD, HSFo, or ADvancing States affiliation are preferred.
• Remote, full-time role with up to 25% travel, no security clearance required, and an annual salary of $179,000–$298,000.
