Director, North American B2B Secular Shift – B2C Retail & Restaurants

Job Description

• Director-level role leading Mastercard’s North American B2C Retail & Restaurants B2B payments secular-shift go-to-market strategy across existing/new issuer partners and distribution channels.
• Commercializes payment solutions by engaging clients, building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating and closing deals, and driving cross-sell and market-share growth.
• Requires hands-on knowledge of POS and invoice payments, retail and restaurant payment infrastructure, issuer/acquirer behavior, and migration from cash, check, and ACH to card-based solutions.
• Leads cross-functional execution with Account, Business Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, Customer Delivery, Product, and senior leadership teams; uses SFDC and commercialization tools.
