Job Description
• Remote, full-time Director of Engineering, Cloud Platform role at Attentive, leading cloud infrastructure, centralized data platforms, databases, DevOps, and infrastructure optimization.
• Own technical strategy, architecture, operational health, reliability, security, governance, performance, and cost efficiency across AWS, Snowflake, storage systems, and infrastructure-as-code foundations.
• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders while establishing accountability, delivery standards, operating practices, and proactive problem-solving culture.
• Partner with Developer Experience, Engineering, Product, and Finance to enable reusable infrastructure components, self-service workflows, reproducible environments, observability, incident response, migrations, disaster recovery, and safe change management.
• Requires prior leadership of a high-performing engineering organization, strong technical judgment, and experience with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, operational excellence, architecture, capacity planning, and vendor management; salary is $260,000–$305,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
