Job Description
• Remote, full-time Director of Finance role leading strategic finance for GE HealthCare's global Service Parts, Repair, Asset Recovery, and Lifecycle Solutions business.
• Own financial strategy, annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, long-term strategy, monthly reviews, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business decision support for a multibillion-dollar franchise.
• Drive profitable growth, margin expansion, pricing excellence, inventory productivity, working-capital improvement, free cash flow, repair productivity, and operational performance.
• Lead transformation through automation, AI-enabled analytics, digital finance capabilities, modern dashboards, and improved forecasting and reporting infrastructure; manage and develop a global finance organization.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within a complex global organization; MBA or CPA preferred; experience with SAP or Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
