Job Description

• Lead HR business partnership and people strategy for Hanger's Patient Care organization in a remote Director-level role.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners supporting the Hanger Clinic field organization and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
• Partner with senior Patient Care and functional leaders on people plans, employee relations, performance management, talent, culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Apply workforce data, metrics, and insights to support retention, talent, organizational design, and business decisions; travel domestically 50% of the time.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of relevant HR experience including 5+ years in an organization of 3,000–5,000 employees; post-graduate degree and PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
