Director, Policy (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Job Description

• Director-level hybrid policy role with Eisai in Washington, DC, supporting CMS engagement and appropriate Medicare access to pharmaceutical products.
• Develop and implement U.S. public policy strategies covering Medicare Part D, the Inflation Reduction Act, drug pricing, reimbursement, and legislative/regulatory proposals.
• Serve as an internal expert and external representative with policymakers, advocacy groups, trade associations, BIO, and PhRMA.
• Requires a 4-year college degree and at least 8 years of biopharmaceutical experience in government affairs, legislative policy, public health policy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Salary range is $214,700-$281,800 annually; travel, including off-hours and weekend responsibilities, is required.
