Director, Portfolio Strategy & Private Markets

Job Description

• Director-level investment role supporting customized portfolio strategies and sophisticated institutional clients in Salt Lake City, UT, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
• Analyze asset allocation, liquidity, risk, implementation, benchmarking, portfolio construction, and public/private-market exposures.
• Construct and manage private equity portfolios, including diversification, commitment pacing, capital calls, distributions, NAV, unfunded commitments, cash flows, and exposure monitoring.
• Requires approximately 7+ years of relevant investment experience, a bachelor's degree, and private equity/private markets expertise; CFA, CAIA, MBA, or another relevant advanced qualification is a differentiator.
• Full-time position with a base salary of $126,000–$252,000 plus potential performance-based incentives.
