Job Description

• Director-level, full-time hybrid public affairs role supporting Johnson & Johnson’s U.S. Neuroscience portfolio from Washington, DC or Titusville, NJ.
• Develop integrated public affairs, policy, advocacy, communications, and stakeholder-engagement strategies supporting innovation, patient access, reimbursement, and portfolio sustainability.
• Advise Neuroscience and business leaders, support federal and state government affairs, and manage relationships with policymakers, advocacy organizations, KOLs, think tanks, coalitions, and internal teams.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, public affairs/policy communications expertise, strong writing and executive communication skills, healthcare reimbursement knowledge, and proven AI-technology use.
• Base pay range is $150.000,00 - $258.750,00; travel is up to 25%.
