Job Description

• Lead strategic public affairs initiatives for Johnson & Johnson’s U.S. Neuroscience portfolio, supporting innovation, patient access, reimbursement, and portfolio sustainability.
• Develop integrated policy, advocacy, communications, and stakeholder-engagement strategies while monitoring mental health policy, regulatory, reimbursement, site-of-care, and clinical research developments.
• Advise Neuroscience and business leaders, support federal and state government affairs, and manage relationships with policymakers, advocacy organizations, KOLs, think tanks, coalitions, and internal partners.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, public affairs/politics/policy communications/advocacy experience, strong writing and executive-communication skills, and demonstrated use of AI technologies.
• Full-time hybrid role based in Titusville, NJ or Washington, DC; up to 25% travel; anticipated base pay range is $150.000,00 - $258.750,00.
