Director Technology IT Infrastructure Services

Job Description

• Director-level IT infrastructure services role with Sanford Health, supporting a remote Minnesota operation on an 8-hour day shift, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Direct department direction, planning, budgeting, applications implementation and maintenance, complex project delivery, IT support, metrics, performance objectives, vendor management, contracts, and statements of work.
• Lead technology, systems, process, contract, and operational improvements while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, clinical practice requirements, regulatory healthcare requirements, and healthcare information systems standards.
• Manage hiring, discipline, appraisals, development, mentoring, and performance of management teams and key staff; collaborate with IT leaders, governing bodies, operational leaders, and executive leadership.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business, or a related field and at least five years of management experience; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred. Drug screening and pre-employment background screening are required.
