Director, Trade Compliance

Job Description

• Senior trade compliance leader for L3Harris Technologies’ Integrated Vison Solutions (IVS) and Targeting & Sensor Systems (TSS) sectors in Londonderry, NH; full-time role with a 9/80 schedule.
• Leads U.S. and Canadian trade compliance teams and develops, implements, enforces, and continuously improves trade compliance policies, processes, procedures, and compliance posture.
• Advises senior leadership and business stakeholders on U.S. Government export/import regulations; provides licensing guidance and documentation for physical goods movement and integrates compliance into global sales pursuits.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree plus 15 years of experience, a Graduate Degree plus 13 years, or 19 years of related experience in lieu of a degree; also requires 5+ years leading teams, 10+ years with ITAR/EAR, and 5+ years administering U.S. sanctions programs including OFAC.
• Requires ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which may require U.S. citizenship and a government security investigation; requires 15–20% domestic and international travel.
