Job Description
• Direct wealth management coaching, planning, advisor development, and practice management for client-facing associates in New York, NY, within an on-site financial-services environment.
• Build relationships, coach teams, identify productivity enhancements, and develop best practices and coaching plans supporting client-centric comprehensive sales practices.
• Educate associates on TIAA solutions, tools, and the Client Engagement Model; participate in client seminars and meetings as a keynote speaker and coach/show-coach.
• Serve as a financial-planning subject matter expert with advanced client lifecycle management proficiency; 5+ years of experience required, 7+ preferred.
• University degree preferred; Series 7, 63, 65, and 66 FINRA registrations and a resident-state Life and Health Insurance License with multiple issuers required.
