Dunkin' Shift Manager

Job Description

• Full-time Shift Manager role for a Dunkin’ franchise in Brattleboro, VT, reporting to the Restaurant Manager; work mode is not specified.
• Coaches restaurant team members, assigns work, sets shift goals, provides feedback, supports training, and motivates staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures Dunkin’ Brand, food safety, franchisee safety, security, profitability, cash-management, inventory, and guest-service standards are met.
• Requires basic computer skills, fluent spoken and written English, and previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
• Requires standing, repetitive bending/stooping/reaching, headset use, working in a small space, and lifting ice, products, boxes, or other objects up to 20 lbs if applicable.
