Job Description
• Lead online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and digital merchandising for an artisan jewelry and accessories e-commerce brand.
• Manage the e-commerce platform, online merchandising, digital traffic, conversion, email, paid digital, and customer retention initiatives.
• Analyze sales, conversion, and customer acquisition performance and improve the online customer journey.
• Coordinate digital product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Requires 4+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience; jewelry, fashion, beauty, or consumer-brand experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred; Santa Fe, NM location; full-time; salary of $90,000-$115,000 per year.
